TESOL & TEC Canada
Since 1995 TESOL Canada has been dedicated to maintain the highest standards in accreditation of TESOL,TESL or TEFL training both in Canada & Overseas.
To preserve Canadian Multicultural Heritage, TESOL Canada in addition to English Teachers Training Programs has been the first pioneer to develop additional programs to train teachers of French TFSOL, Spanish TSSOL, Italian TISOL, Portuguese TPSOL, Chinese TCSOL, Korean TKSOL, Japanese TJSOL, Arabic TASOL, and most recently Russian TRSOL & Turkish TTSOL to work both in Canada & Overseas. Our multicultural & multilingual programs has been widely appreciated globally as now most institutions set new standards in teaching languages other than English. TESOL Canada's introduction of the above programs has lead the Ministry of Education of Canada to demand all language teachers to have the related & appropriate training before obtaining a language teaching position in Canada.
In Summer 2000, TESOL Canada has developed more specialized programs to teach for specific purposes such as TEC Teaching English to Children, TBE Teaching Business English, TAE Teaching Academic English & finally TEP Teaching English to Professionals which is an entirely sophisticated program to develop skills of teaching almost in any academic subjects for Masters & PhD holders in related fields as well as teaching the related lexicons and terminologies of a particular trade and profession. Worth mentioning that TEP is available in three major branches of Engineering, Health Science & Governmental Studies & Law.
Thousands of TESOL graduates have studied for a variety of reasons, but primarily: To fulfill their dream of living and working overseas , To enjoy a change of career, To further their career and personal development , Or to simply flex their minds! Supported Distance Learning means you will be learning in your own time, by reading course material, working on course activities and completing tasks.
Course information will be provided to you through the Course Package and Online.
You may use both systems or either of the methods to continue studying.
TESOL Canada uses a carefully structured approach to learning and will help you every step of the way. Your personal tutor will support you. With each returned module you will receive an assessment sheet, which allows your trainer to comment on your progress, giving advice and guidance for future modules.
A centralized team of TESOL Advisors are also available to assist you. If you feel you are in difficulties with any aspect of the course you are able to contact us by email, phone, fax or letter.
